Once inside the Filters menu, you’ll find filters categorized into two types: custom fields and default fields. All custom fields you’ve created will be available for activation.

Enable or Disable Filters: Use the toggle button to activate or deactivate filters as needed.

Note: If a field does not appear as a filter, ensure it is enabled for the corresponding pipeline, fund, or contact in the Fields section of the Settings/Administration panel.

Filters behave differently based on the type of field.

Date: Filter by selecting a date range (from and to).

Amount: Filter by specifying a range of amounts.

List: Use a dropdown menu to filter by items in the list you’ve created.

Tag: Filter by multiple tags. As you type, available tags will appear in a dropdown for selection.

Short Text: Search by entering keywords, and the filter will match your input with relevant data.
