Edda Network is a dedicated space for our community to connect, share insights, and collaborate effortlessly. Once activated, your organization & team will be visible to Edda community. You’ll also be able to connect other organizations & their teams
Configurations & Activation
To activate the Edda Network, go to Settings > Edda Network and click Join Edda Network or the Activate button. If you wish to disable the feature at any time, simply toggle the Active button off.
Note: When the Edda Network is activated, your organization and team members with the roles of Administrator, Moderator, or Investor will be visible to and able to connect with the broader Edda community.
Only Administrators, Moderators, and Investors users can access and use the Edda Network.

Customization
Organization Settings: Only Administrators and Moderators can customize the organization information through Settings > Edda Network > Organization Settings. They can update the following details, which will be visible to others in the community:
- Upload or remove the organization logo
- Select the Fund Type
- Choose one or more: locations, industries, geographical focus, and investment stage.
Profile Settings: In this section, you can add a profile picture and a job title, which will be visible to the Edda Network community. You can also customize the notifications related to this feature by toggling the in-app notifications and message alerts on or off.
Access Edda Network
You can access the Edda Network community by clicking the Edda Network button at the bottom right corner of the screen while in the Dealflow, Portfolio, or Contacts modules.
If you’re joining for the first time, you will land on the welcome page. Once you select Explore the Edda Network community, you’ll be taken to the home page. At the top, you’ll find the search bar, which allows you to filter and find the desired resources. This section is divided into three tabs: Messages, Organizations, and People.

Connect with resources
Through the People tab in the Edda Network, you can find users who have joined from all organizations. You can click Connect to start chatting with them. The other user will not receive any notification until you send a message.
You can also check any organization through the Organizations tab. When you open an organization profile, you’ll see a list of their team members. You can select Connect to start chatting with them.
Chat
The Messages tab displays the history of your conversations with resources. When you receive a notification, you’ll be alerted based on the notification settings you chose in your profile settings. The Messages tab will also display a red icon to notify you of any new messages.
Archive Conversation
If you want to remove a conversation thread with a resource from the Messages section, click on the three dots at the top right corner of the message window, and select Archive conversation.
If someone from an archived conversation contacts you again, a red dot will appear on the three dots icon to notify you of the new message. Click on it, and through the Archive option, you’ll be able to view those messages.
You can also access the Archive section at any time by clicking on the three dots icon at the top right of the Edda Network window.
