Hera.I activation and credits consumption
Credits are required to use Hera.I features. Please refer to this article to learn more about how to activate Hera.I and the number of credits required for each action.
Access
You can access the Hera.I Pitchdeck Reader by clicking 'Add new company' on the Dealflow homepage.
From here, follow these steps:
- Click on the upload section or drag and drop the pitch deck PDF file.
*Format allowed: PDF
- Once the file is loaded, Hera.I will quickly recognize the company name and website. You can then choose to autofill additional company data beyond the pitch deck from sources like Crunchbase, Pitchbook, or Dealroom. You can click 'Skip' to ignore data enrichment or 'Continue' to move to the next step.
* Data enrichment will not overwrite the pitch deck information from the file

Once the company data are analyzed, a company profile will be created. Information such as the Website, Investors, and any data from the pitch deck that matches a default or a custom field will be added to that field accordingly.
- Hera.I will also create a note in the 'Notes' section with all the information from the Pitch deck and will store the file in the 'Documents' section.
Now, if you navigate back to the Dealflow homepage, you will find a new company card created containing the processed data.
